How to play
- A tracing appears with a short history. The bar sweeping across it is your clock.
- Type the diagnosis and press Enter. Abbreviations work (AF, CHB, WPW, LBBB, PE, HCM…) and small typos are forgiven.
- A right call scores 100 plus up to 100 for speed. In a room, the first right call gets 25 more. Each wrong call costs 10; “close” answers cost nothing and tell you to be more specific.
- Then pick the next step from four options for 50 more.
- After each tracing you see it annotated, with the explanation and references.
